Adrienne Guerrero – Founder and CEO

Adrienne is a seasoned change management professional with a background in communication and learning development, and a passion for understanding people’s behavior. She spent many years leading teams on large global change initiatives in support of new service delivery models and systems, including fifteen years dedicated to the Talent Development discipline. Adrienne is well-versed in behavioral science practices and a Certified Partner with Predictive Index.
Adrienne brings big business thinking to small and mid-size businesses. She applies a comprehensive analysis and empathetic style to effectively help leaders get to the root of their employees’ change and organizational needs. Through this work, she coaches leaders and teams for resilience, adaptability and team building to implement business solutions that increase adoption and improve team and co-worker performance.
Adrienne lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and their 2 daughters and elderly Puggle. When she isn’t bringing a people-focused change to life with her clients, she enjoys learning to sail, gardening, and any adventure that takes her outside in beautiful weather with people she loves.
