Adrienne is an alumna from our M.A. Organizational Leadership program at Lewis University. She truly embodies what we know, teach and learn about leadership. Inside the classroom she was an active and engaged contributor. After graduation we have kept in close contact as Adrienne served for several years on Lewis University’s Organizational Leadership Advisory Committee. At our strategic meetings she offered guidance for the program that pushed our thinking out of the box, facilitated conversation that understood the complex nature of student learning and higher education today, and offered her change leadership skills during break-out sessions and brainstorming.
