Adrienne Guerrero – President and Consultant

Our founder and President, Adrienne Guerrero, has led teams on large global change initiatives in support of new service delivery models and systems. She spent fifteen years in the Talent Development discipline serving as a strategic business partner to support talent initiatives. Well-versed in behavioral science practices, her passion is coaching leaders and teams for resilience, adaptability and team building to implement solutions that increase adoption and improve team and co-worker performance. She is a LaMarsh Global certified Master of Change Management and a certified practitioner of the talent optimization platform Predictive Index.

Project Highlights

  • Workday Financial and Coupa Procurement – Developed the change strategy and led the change management team involved in the implementation in 60+countries, 1,000 Finance professionals and 40,000 Expense end users.
  • Contact Center Talent Strategy – Served as HR and Talent advisor to VP of the Contact Center and Leadership Team. Provided individual coaching to the VP and direct reports to increase effectiveness and performance as they were forming.
  • HR Service Delivery Model and Workday HCM – Conducted audience and learning needs assessments and developed the training strategy for the implementation of a new HR service delivery model, including manager and employee self-service, enabled by Workday HCM.
  • IT Organization Design – Conducted analysis to create organizational structure for IT team, advised on job role leveling and management structure.
